Research Use Only — Mandatory Notice

All products supplied by Purivo Biolabs Ltd are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research use by verified research organisations. Under no circumstances are these compounds to be used for human consumption, veterinary use, diagnostic procedures, therapeutic purposes, or cosmetic applications.

By accessing this website or placing an enquiry, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher acting on behalf of a registered research organisation, and that you accept full responsibility for the appropriate handling, storage, and use of any materials supplied.

1. Terms of Supply

Supply is restricted to verified research organisations including universities, contract research organisations (CROs), and commercial R&D groups operating within an institutional framework. Purivo Biolabs Ltd does not supply individuals or the general public.

Purivo Biolabs Ltd reserves the right to decline, limit, or cancel any order where there is reason to believe the intended application is inconsistent with legitimate laboratory research, or where delivery is to a non-commercial address.

All prices are quoted exclusive of VAT. Title in goods passes upon receipt of cleared payment. Risk in goods passes upon dispatch. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

2. Product Quality & Certificates of Analysis

Purivo Biolabs Ltd provides a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) for every batch supplied. CoAs are generated from independent third-party laboratory analysis using reversed-phase HPLC (purity), mass spectrometry (identity confirmation), Karl Fischer titration (water content), and LAL assay (endotoxin). CoAs are retrievable by batch code at purivobiolabs.com/api/coa/[batch].

Purivo Biolabs Ltd warrants that compounds will meet the stated minimum purity specification at the time of dispatch when stored correctly. Purivo Biolabs Ltd accepts no liability for degradation, denaturation, or purity loss arising from improper storage or handling following delivery. All lyophilised compounds must be stored at −20°C upon receipt.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Purivo Biolabs Ltd's total liability to any customer in connection with any order shall not exceed the value of that order. Purivo Biolabs Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special loss arising out of or in connection with the supply of goods.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by English law.
